• Fares do not include taxes, landing fees, airport improvement fees, security fees.
• All no shows are non refundable and deemed not valid.
• Please advise if passenger weight exceeds 250lbs. for flight planning purposes, or if passenger is disabled and requires assistance. We are able to fly most passengers in this situation but not all.

NOTE: To receive an e-mailed copy of you flight itinerary and confirmation number, you must use our online Reservation Request. All reservations made by phone will receive booking confirmation by phone.

• BCWest Air is proud to announce their No charge cancellation and changes policy applicable for up to 24 hours before flight time. Cancellations less than 24 hours are considered no shows and are non replaceable.  Cancellations will be replaced no charge with a flight credit that is valid for 1 year. Due to the high cost of credit card processing there will be no refunds once a flight is booked and confirmed.
• Flight delays or cancellations due to weather will be replaced no charge on the next available flight. BCWest Air reserves the right to change flight times and routing, but will always attempt to give sufficient notice. Only flight cancellations for mechanical reasons are fully refundable.

• Children under 2 are free.

• Recommended check in is 30 minutes prior to departure.

• Excess baggage over 30lbs. will be billed at .75 per lb. and can be taken on a space available basis only. We strongly recommend that you advise of additional baggage at the time of booking.
